Taniya Simpson discovered her passion for real estate at just 21 when she bought and sold her first home. For nearly a decade, starting in 2011, Taniya served the Guelph market. While there, she was part of the A Chairman’s Club #10 Top Team at Royal LePage, working with Andra Arnold & Associates, one of the top-producing teams in the country. After nearly 20 years in Guelph, life changes led her to relocate to Durham Region to be closer to family.

While her location has changed, her commitment to exceptional service remains the same. She continues to provide expert real estate guidance under Royal LePage, helping clients buy and sell with confidence. When she’s not working, Taniya enjoys spending time with her adult children, practicing yoga, and exploring new restaurants as a proud foodie.
